We had our asbestos garage roof removed and taken away. A new non drip metal roof was put in it is much warner than our previous roof. Joe and his 3 teammates were brilliant they arrived at 7.30 am and worked solidly till they finished at 3.30 , I kept them going with tea & coffee as it was such a cold day , there work is 5 start and we would definitely recommend them , we had the anthracite grey roof which looks great, they cleared up and tidied the garden before they left. We received excellent service from Joe and his team to replace our old asbestos garage roof.It was a tricky job which involved removing a lot of greenery and earth, given the garage location, but the team worked through it leaving the site tidy, as well as finding solutions to complex problems.Joe asked all the right questions prior to agreeing a quote, far more so than other firms, which meant the final quote was realistic based on the work, but still reasonable in comparison to others.I would not hesitate in recommending The Garage Roof Company.
From start to finish the professionalism of this company is good. They replied via WhatsApp and email .Joseph explained the type of work they do and what it would entail. Unlike other companies who have a fixed price , Joseph was able to support with measurements and give honest opinion, before visiting. We were able to speak to him on phone before booking and negotiate a good price. On the day we had but the works went smoothly. The roof is exactly as you see in the pictures. Naturally I got several quotes when looking to get my garage roof replaced as phase 1 of refurbing the garage. The product looked good and the Garage Roof Co gave me a competitive quote, but the stand out reason I instructed them over the others was the great communication. In a world where sometimes it’s difficult to get tradesmen to answer a message, quote, or even turn up when promised, their level of customer service made me feel I could trust them. The team turned up as promised, completed the roof as expected (and asked for my opinion when they encountered an issue with existing roof timbers). The workmanship is first class and they removed all of the old roof safely and completely and then cleared the area around the garage. Joe and team replaced an old, cracked in places, asbestos roof, with some leftover ivy on one end too. Worked through 32 C heat to get it done.Initial quote via a simple web form with a few pictures, couple of WhatsApp messages to agree on a date. Showed up on time, bright and early as promised, had the old roof down in a couple hours, and finished putting up the new one by early afternoon.Quality looks great, can't see daylight through the new one.Invoice, warranty, and asbestos disposal certs were in my email by the time they set off, no shenanigans, price matching quote.Easily would recommend to anyone needing an old manky asbestos roof replaced, they were very easy to work with and made the whole process a breeze, at a very competitive price.
