Did a brilliant job on our garage roof that is in the middle of a block of garages. It's now dry and usable! Really quick, clean and great communication. Highly recommended.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job at removing our very old asbestos garage roof and fitting a new steel one. From the moment they arrived, on time and getting to work immediately, they were a pleasure to have at our home. They worked, non stop, all day to complete the work which is fantastic. They cleared the site and everything was left spotlessly clean. The Garage Roof Company are really top professionals and we would recommend them unreservedly.

I am more than pleased with the work Joe and his team did when they replaced my 3m x 7m asbestos garage roof along with fascia’s, guttering, down water drain piping etc.. They left my drive and the surrounding area cleaner and tidier than it had been before they arrived. The whole job was done by some really nice guys. After a quick Google search I came across The Garage Roof Company as our old asbestos roof had been leaking for some time and was in need of an urgent replacement. After phoning the Chessington office I was asked to complete an online contact survey form which was very easy to do. Joe The Garage Roof Company owner later contacted me to ask for a few more photos, in particular he asked if I could send him a photo of the aerial view of the garage which I was unable to provide. Therefore an on site visit was arranged several days later. First impressions on meeting Joe he is professional, charming, polite, respectful and friendly. Joe wasted no time in providing suggestions on the best way forward to make the garage roof watertight. The garage had a parapet wall and Joe said it would be challenging but that he could do the job ( which I found to be re-assuring). He has a 'I can do this' attitude and was not going to be deterred by a complex challenge. Following, Joe's visit, a detailed quote was emailed to me in less than 2 working days. Next I arranged a phone call to discuss the quote and ask a few more questions which Joe was more than happy to answer. Communication is key. Several days later I accepted the quote and an installation date was swiftly arranged for Tuesday 13 August 2024. On the day of installation Joe and his team of 4 arrived in several vehicles arriving at 7.20. (Very punctual I was very impressed). Before removing the asbestos roof, Joe's team wore protective clothing and set to work. Joe and his team worked tirelessly all day. They hardly stopped at all despite me asking them to take a break and looking after them by providing drinks throughout the day. Joe's team were all courteous, polite and friendly. I never realised how much detail and precision goes into replacing a garage roof. Their workmanship is second to none. They left the garage clean and tidy. I must say the new garage roof looks truly amazing!! It now boasts modern box profile metal roofing system. In summary I would 100% recommend the Garage Roof Company to anyone who wants to replace their garage roof. In my opinion they have shown that they are the best in the business they definitely give that personal touch to the customer. The day I made that one phone call to the Chessington Office was the best phone call I ever made. All the documents, warranty, and asbestos certificate were swiftly emailed on installation date. Anyone can see that Joe takes pride in his work and oversees everything his team does.. This is top-notch first class service. I sincerely would like to wish Joe and his amazing team at The Garage Roof Company continued success for the future. Well done Joe, you have a great team (Connor did a great job fixing the gutter so quickly by the side of the kitchen, Andy, Dan, Joe's dad 'daddy Willliams' and another whose name I cannot remember. Joe was very professional, with excellent communications, and his team arrived on time and worked hard and thoroughly to replace an old asbestos garage roof with an excellent metal one. The new roof looks gorgeous, ready to take solar panels! They left the area tidy and clean, and Joe was very helpful and considerate with my many questions, and his team went out of their way to make the project a success.

We had Joe and his team around yesterday to replace our garage roof. I honestly couldn't recommend this company enough! Right from the initial start of the process, the communication we received was ourstanding. We had our quote emailed to us within 24 hours, after we accepted the quote Joe and his team were out within 6 days! The lead time is marvellous compared to other similar companies out there.They were prompt, reliable and went out there way to make sure they left the garage tidy and had all the work done within a day.
